We require skilled individuals to provide quality administrative support to a busy immunisation department in Falkirk Community Hospital as part of the Women and Children’s Directorate. A good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills. Duties are varied and will include, take and transcribe minutes of meetings/formal meetings, creating and overseeing action plans as required, use It equipment including local and national systems to read, analyse and record patient/client information data entry, entering and retrieving information via computerised systems, liaising with other departments by telephone and face-to-face. Candidates should have excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workload, have an approachable disposition and be used to working as part of a team.
