Annual salary: up to £40,000.00 Building Surveyor Brechin Salary up to £40,000 per annum Full time – Permanent, 42.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday About the Role: Due to a new contract win we are looking at hiring a Building Surveyor to join our team in Brechin. The main role will be to be part of a local team supporting Surveyor activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all surveying procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with Company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. This role will be to complete and design the drawings following the Assistant Building Surveying completing inspection surveys on properties. Role Criteria: Experience and working knowledge with CAD and REVIT HNC /HND or equivalent qualification Experience working in acritical design Social housing experience All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
