Location: Belfast Workplace: Hybrid The opportunity: The Reporting Analyst will support the financial and non-financial reporting needs of the firm's internal and external clients, and to enable well-informed decision-making based on internal financial data. The role holder will collaborate with colleagues across the globe and will provide support to a wide range of stakeholders, using business intelligence tools to develop and recommend high quality reporting solutions for business needs. Responsibilities: Provide data in the form of reports and dashboards to assist with various Firm initiatives and processes, including billing and collections, FP&A activities, partner compensation, profitability, diversity and inclusion, and other areas of high priority Support data reporting and business intelligence needs of the business by communicating with In Market customers in our global offices and various business functions Test and validate standard reports and dashboards using multiple sources of data for various business processes Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Filter and "clean" data, and review trends of bad data to identify problems with data capture, design, and architecture Continually seek new and innovative ways to provide value-added financial and non-financial reporting to senior leadership and colleagues around the Firm Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Create reports to provide analytical insights to stakeholders, where appropriate Deliver services to the end users within established SLAs Skills and Experience: A bachelor's degree focusing on Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or other related areas. Relevant professional experience will also be considered Experience in corporate financial reporting or professional services reporting Strong Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and expert-level skills in Excel Hands-on experience in using SAP, Business Objects Intelligence Tools, Tableau, PowerBI, or other analytics/visualization tools Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exemplary quality standards Proactive and motivated approach with good organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
