Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £18.50 per hour
Contract: Ongoing (Immediate Start)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join a respected regional contractor delivering a major decarbonisation programme across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team

Keep tenants fully informed of works, timelines, and any disruptions
*
Handle resident queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
*
Support the successful delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation works
*
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
*
Keep clear and accurate records of all communications
Requirements:
*
Valid CSCS card (essential)
*
Previous experience in a Tenant Liaison Officer role within construction or social housing
*
Excellent communication and people skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
*
Proactive and empathetic approach when dealing with residents
