Key responsibilities include: maximising sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows, ensuring stock density is maintained, regular rotation of stock is carried out, and maximum realistic prices are obtained on donated items and bought-in goods, in accordance with charity guidelines.
Gift aid is a vital source of income from donated goods. You should ensure this is maximized when dealing with customers and donors, providing excellent customer service at all times. You should also maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, including the sales floor, stock processing area, offices, and communal areas.

This role involves sole responsibility for running the store, including lone working. Therefore, we are unable to recruit anyone under the age of 18 for this position.
