Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a leading Legal 500 firm based in East London who are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their expanding team. Please find below further details regarding this position.
Position Details
* Role: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
* PQE: 3 to 6 years
* Location: East London / hybrid working
* Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial and property litigation, including:
* Commercial disputes, civil fraud, contractual claims and debt recovery
* Injunctions (including freezing and proprietary injunctions)
* Intellectual property, professional negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes
* Property litigation including landlord & tenant, boundary disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals and TOLATA matters
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-6 years' PQE
* Experience in commercial and/or property litigation
* Able to run matters independently with strong client-facing skills
