Service Engineer - Job Overview
My world-leading client in the development and manufacturing of invasive technology is seeking a Service Engineer. This is a key technical and customer-facing role. As a Service Engineer, you’ll be a frontline representative of the client, providing commissioning, servicing, and on-site support to customers in high-consequence environments.
You will be 50% workshop based at their facility in the West Midlands. And 50% Field-based deployments at customer sites, including overseas travel.

Service Engineer - Responsibilities
1. Commission, service and maintain equipment at Client HQ and on-site with customers
2. Represent the company with professionalism, confidence and technical clarity
3. Deliver high-quality support and troubleshooting under operational pressures
4. Communicate with end-users and technical teams to ensure effective use of equipment
5. Feed insights from the field back into engineering and product development
6. Maintain accurate service records and help improve internal processes
