Basic salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
Plus uncapped bonus scheme
Our client is a well-established independent estate agents with an unrivalled reputation for delivering exceptional customer service They are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to add to their existing busy sales team As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will have a proven track record in negotiating and securing residential property sales alongside upselling associated services ie; mortgage appointments and solicitor referrals etc
As a successful Senior Sales Negotiator you will need to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, enthusiasm, determination, self-motivation, initiative and a commitment to achieve individual and team objectives in a fast paced environmentIn addition as a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator you will need strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills along with a keen eye for recognising new business development opportunities
As a Senior Negotiator your main duties will include:
Providing support to the Branch Manager and other team members
