About the Role:
As a Family Support Worker, you will deliver direct support to children, young people, and their families—helping to improve their life chances, wellbeing, and outcomes. This non-social work qualified role is ideal for individuals with experience in family or youth support, education, early help, or community development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide practical and emotional support to families
Work closely with partner agencies to deliver joined-up services
Help identify needs and contribute to Early Help Assessments
Deliver tailored interventions to strengthen family relationships
