Our client, an established retail company, is searching for an HR Business Partner to join its service centre in Southampton, supporting around 180 stakeholders. It is a great time to join this company as it delivers its people strategy and drives its ongoing success.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for delivering people business partnership across the service centre. You will support the company in developing and implementing a robust HR strategy aligned with operational strategic goals, while fostering a strong team and supporting your stakeholders. The role focuses on building key relationships across all levels of the business to guide and influence better people-focused business decisions in all areas of people management.
You should have experience as a successful and results-driven HR Business Partner, with at least three years of experience in a similar role within HR, preferably in a service centre, hospitality, or retail environment. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellent stakeholder relationships with key senior leaders.
