What you will do
* Lead and manage the Social Work Team within the Safeguarding and Support division, ensuring high standards of practice and performance are met.
* Oversee complex casework and provide expert guidance and support to social workers and other team members.
* Develop and implement strategies to safeguard children and support families effectively within the community.
* Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders, forming cooperative partnerships to deliver a comprehensive service.
* Monitor and evaluate the team’s effectiveness, using data-driven insights to improve service delivery.
