Pay rate: £13.13 per hour

I tend to get along better with male staff members, but I am also happy to be supported by female staff members too. I really appreciate my team being polite and patient with me, gently reminding me to complete tasks and ensuring you are proactive in your approach.
I really love cooking with the help of my team, a long with watching War & Comedy films. I enjoy playing snooker, day trips and going out for food. I would like to give gardening a try and will finally have the opportunity to do this in my new home as I will have my own small garden to take care of. I love doing different activities and with the right support and encouragement, I could really expand on the activities I currently enjoy.

What You’ll Do:
As a Support Worker, you will:
1. Empower individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
2. Provide practical assistance with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
3. Offer emotional support and encourage participation in community activities.
4. Work collaboratively with a team to deliver person centred support plans.
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and well-being of those you support.
What We’re Looking For:
6. A caring and empathetic attitude.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
