Facilities Manager - London / Bury St Edmunds
Solution Recruitment are currently working with a leading M&E Contractor with projects throughout London.
Our client are currently looking for a Facilities Manaeger to join their esteemed Building Services division. With projects in London and Offices near to Bury St Edmunds, you will be ideally based within commuting distance of both.
This role will involve managing a team of multidisciplined engineers offering technical support, driving team performance and development, and allocating resources.
Candidates applying must have expertise in either mechanical or electrical trades with relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Management of facilities across residential and commercial projects.
* Oversee team development, including hiring, appraisals, and coaching.
* Coordinate reactive calls, enforce SLAs, manage maintenance plans, and oversee projects.
Requirements:
* Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical trades (hold NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications)
* Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
