We're looking for a Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team, supporting both retained and new clients across air, sea, and road freight services. What You'll Be Doing: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with "House Account" clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and new business. Sales Support & Quotations: Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to prepare quotations, rate cards, and tailored proposals. Customer Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring smooth integration into RIF systems and clear communication of terms. Sales Activity & Reporting: Document all client interactions, update CargoWise and ShareDrive, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities. Target Achievement: Monitor performance against sales targets, analyse account activity, and support action plans to drive growth. Trade Lane Development: Work with overseas partners to identify and support strategic sales initiatives. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities meet legal and regulatory standards, including GDPR. What We're Looking For: Experience in a commercial or sales role within logistics or freight forwarding. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
