An established and growing civil engineering and construction company, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale renewable energy development in Kerry. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and progressive team at the forefront of sustainable construction, contributing directly to Ireland’s green energy goals. As Project Manager: Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a major renewables project. From pre-construction planning through to execution and handover, you will ensure that every phase is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of project delivery including planning, resource management, execution, and close-out. Coordinate and manage on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality regulations. Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Monitor and control budgets, schedule performance, and project scope to achieve key milestones. Provide strong leadership and guidance to site managers, engineers, and other key personnel. Deliver continuous improvement initiatives on-site to streamline operations and enhance productivity. What You Need: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior site/project management role within civil engineering or construction. A relevant Engineering or Construction Management qualification. Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with excellent cost and programme control abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project / Power Project) and standard office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). Proven ability to work autonomously and make high-level decisions that ensure successful project outcomes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
