As an SEMH Teacher, you will deliver the National Curriculum through an adapted and flexible approach, supporting pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs. You will balance learning with pastoral care, using clear boundaries and restorative strategies to rebuild trust, re-engage learners and promote positive behaviour. You will be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team with the time and resources to make a real difference.
