Cranleigh Full:Time Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Learning Support Worker to join a well:established SEN school in Cranleigh.
This role involves supporting students with additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD and communication difficulties.
The Role
Deliver tailored support aligned with EHCPs
Assist with structured classroom activities
Encourage independence and engagement
Monitor and report on student progress
Candidate Requirements
At least 3:6 months school experience
Previous SEN Experience Preferred
Enhanced DBS required
Strong behaviour management skills
