Join a team that takes pride in crafting high quality food products
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to help lead our production team through the night shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. If you're passionate about production and ready to step into a leadership role where your input truly matters, this could be the perfect fit.
The Role
As Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations across the factory during the night shift. You’ll ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on time, coordinate staff across different lines to maximise productivity, and ensure that all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards are maintained. You’ll work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly and keep production running smoothly. It’s a hands-on role where leadership, attention to detail, and adaptability are key.
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking someone with previous supervisory experience in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment. You’ll be confident leading teams, solving problems on the spot, and keeping production targets on track. Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations is essential, and you'll be the kind of person who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement will be a real plus.
What You’ll Get in Return
* A competitive salary of £42,000 + potential bonus
* The chance to lead a high-performing team in a growing business
* A supportive management team that values input and innovation
* Ongoing training and development
* A workplace that values quality, safety, and teamwork
