Job Overview: As a ERP Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and utilization of our organization's ERP systems. You will be responsible for providing user training, developing training materials, offering first-line support, and managing user administration processes. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our business operations. Key Responsibilities: First-Line Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for users seeking assistance with system-related issues. Provide timely and effective resolution to user queries and technical problems, either independently or by escalating to appropriate support channels. User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various business systems. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in user administration processes. Monitor user activity and system usage to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Testing: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop test plans and scenarios for new system implementations or upgrades. Conduct thorough testing of business systems to identify and report any issues or inconsistencies. Coordinate with vendors or internal development teams to address identified issues and ensure system reliability and functionality. Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements based on testing results and user feedback. Development of Training Materials: Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations, to support user training initiatives. Ensure training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to users through appropriate channels. Experience: 2 years using an ERP system (Epicor Experience Preferred)
