Buyer Opportunity
My client is a long-established, building services engineering contractor. On the back off continued project wins across major UK construction schemes, including large-scale Ministry of Justice projects, the company are now seeking a Buyer. Working as part of a team of 17, you'll play a key role in supporting materials procurement and supply chain coordination across multiple live sites.

As a Buyer, you will take responsibility for:

* Supporting the procurement and supply of materials and plant for multiple construction projects.
* Raising and managing purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to site.
* Assisting with invoice processing and resolving any related queries.
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain a reliable supply chain.
* Liaising closely with project teams to anticipate material needs and address on-site challenges.
* Maintaining accurate records and assisting with procurement reports and cost tracking.

Buyer Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a procurement, supply chain, or buying role within construction or a related industry.
