A little more about your role… As an Associate Project Manager in the Civils team, you will oversee complex projects or programmes of significant scale, providing strategic leadership, aligning delivery with organisational and client objectives, and ensuring high standards of performance across projects. Key Responsibilities Direct delivery of complex projects and programmes, setting short- and medium-term strategic direction. Align technical and delivery strategies across teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes. Provide governance oversight, shaping risk, schedule, cost, and quality frameworks. Lead strategic stakeholder engagement, negotiating terms, and managing high-level communications. Drive innovation, sustainability, and efficiency initiatives across projects. Mentor senior project managers, supporting talent development and succession planning. What we will be looking for you to demonstrate… Qualifications & Experience ChPP or equivalent chartered status; MSP or MoP qualifications desirable. Experience mentoring and developing project managers, fostering high-performing teams. Advanced skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
