The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant (SEMH), you will support pupils with emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them regulate emotions, engage in learning, and develop positive coping strategies.
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour support plans and provide consistent emotional guidance throughout the school day.
