Job Overview
The post holder will autonomously manage the daily administrative services and Dental Nurses, including handling queries, staying updated with government guidance, managing sensitive information, and personal development.
Main Duties
1. Work independently to resolve issues and investigate queries.
2. Coordinate and arrange meetings, liaising with internal and external agencies.
3. Plan, implement, and manage changes within the administration service, escalating concerns appropriately.
4. Act as the primary contact for business-related issues, ensuring effective communication across the organization.
5. Supervise and line-manage the Administration team, ensuring processes are followed and services are accessible and timely.

Respond to information requests, participate in monthly meetings, maintain accurate records respecting confidentiality, and ensure compliance with GDPR and Records Management policies.

* Degree or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in IT packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet)
* Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
* Experience with Welsh Clinical Portal (WCP), Welsh Patient Administration Services (WPAS)
* Knowledge of Dental Services
