Role Overview
Contracted to 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Initially onsite at our Midsomer Norton Office or our Swansea office and progression to Hybrid Working.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
* Review engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation
* Support site surveys and compile associated survey reports
* Produce accurate quotations to agreed timescales
* Maintain and update internal quotation and enquiry records
* Liaise with internal teams including Proposals Engineers, Project Managers and the Bid Manager
* Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, deadlines and follow-up actions
* Ensure all enquiries are entered, updated and tracked through the CRM
* Participate in handover meetings to ensure a smooth transition from tender to delivery
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
* Willingness to undertake site visits and work in both office and field environments
* Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn within a technical environment
