We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Servicing Team Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a background in administrative tasks. This role involves providing exceptional support to our team and clients, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment.
Duties
* Follow documented strategies, processes, and procedures for engaging with HMS clients and customers.
* Contribute to a highly efficient, flexible, and dynamic servicing team.
* Build positive working relationships with colleagues and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
* Support the Team Manager in achieving targets and contribute to setting business objectives.
* Actively participate in team meetings and foster a culture of performance, customer service, integrity, and ethical practices.
* Implement strategies to maximise redemptions across workstreams (currently shared equity portfolios).
* Assist with process mapping, maintaining operating standards, and preparing management information reports.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and regulation, identifying risks and liaising with Operational Risk and Compliance teams.
* Meet personal targets and contribute to overall team performance.

* Experience in customer engagement and negotiation.
* Good research skills and understanding of FCA requirements (MCOBs, CONC, DISP).
* Experience with complaints handling and regulatory awareness.
Preferred:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and CRM systems.
* Direct experience in secured lending, enforcement of security, litigation, repossession, and working with debt advice agencies.
* Understanding of regulatory returns processes (e.g., MLAR).
* Formal relevant qualifications.
* Experience in collections/recoveries.
