Key Responsibilities: Strategic and Campaign Execution Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and team. Execute and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Solar Media's business objectives. Develop audience-focused strategies to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.Social Media and Community Engagement Manage and grow Solar Media's organic social media channels, creating engaging and audience-focused content to build and nurture online communities. Monitor social media trends and audience behaviours to inform content strategies. Foster community engagement through interactive campaigns, responding to audience queries, and encouraging participation.Email Marketing Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
