Commercial Director (PR/007225)
Role: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + package
Our client, an international business, currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Contract Director to take on and help them win a large public sector bid.
The company have a long and successful history of delivering large projects to various public sectors clients and is experiencing a period of rapid growth.
The role will initially be a 12 month FTC with the view to extend to a perm role if the bid has been won, to transition into delivery.
You Will
* Lead the commercial strategy and deals for major campaigns and high-value opportunities.
* Shape, structure and negotiate complex agreements
* Develop pricing strategies, risk/reward models and commercial governance frameworks.
* Act as the senior commercial voice within global teams, advising executives and influencing decision-making.
* Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships, ensuring strong long-term commercial outcomes.
* Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to commercial and supply chain professionals embedded within campaigns.
* Drive identification and mitigation of key commercial risks throughout the bid lifecycle.
The Person
* Experience of working in a pre contract signature environment.
* Experience of working closely with finance, operations and technical specialists.
* Sector experience is not essential, however experience working on large MOD bids would be advantageous
* Good on both the legals and financials.
