About the role
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll operate large scale processing equipment (milk separators, evaporators, dryers, etc.) ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Full training will be provided.
1. Ability to work the continental shift pattern: 12-hour shifts rotating between days and nights, including some weekends (2 per month).
2. Self-starter with strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach.
3. Good numeracy and literacy, with sound technical understanding
