An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ludlow Foyer as a support officer for the Grain Loft supported accommodation for 18 – 55-year-olds.
We are looking for a positive and engaging support officer to deliver high quality support outcomes with the use of SMART support plans to enable and prepare for a successful transition into independent living.
We place an emphasis upon encouraging independence and help develop skills that will enable them to successfully secure and sustain accommodation. You will be the main point of contact for residents seeking services and will support the residents to maximise their independence, explore new opportunities and successfully move on.
You need to be confident when dealing with outside agencies to aid the growth of the service by developing new links and partnerships within the local community, with particular emphasis on training, employment and work-based activities.

The hours are based on a 6- day Rota on shifts Monday – Saturday and shifts are 9am to 5.30pm, 10am to 6.30pm or 1.30pm to 10pm.
