Join the RGS Front Office team as our School Receptionist and become the first point of contact for all visitors, parents and pupils.You will be an organised individual with a warm, friendly manner and a desire to help others.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure all visitors to the school are signed in asappropriate and display the correct visitor badge;
* Assist the Attendance Officer in morning and afternoon registration;
* Deal with all enquiries by email and telephone in a polite and timelymanner;
* Liaise with Estates regarding onsite access, security, deliveries, and
maintenance, as required;
* Assist in the provision of First Aid to pupils.
