HRIS Systems Analyst HRIS, iTrent / Zellis Our client is a leading UK health/Social care services provider, rapidly expanding, with a reputation for innovation and excellence and a strong values driven culture They urgently require a talented, dynamic HRIS Systems Analyst to help on the delivery of a key programme to modernise their core HR & Finance systems To be considered you will have/be: Similar HRIS platform system experience (MHR iTrent, Zellis, ICIMS, Smart Recruiters) Experience in system configuration i.e. able to configure multiple modules (e.g. core HR, Payroll, ATS) Requirements gathering document and analyse business requirements Gap Analysis: Identifies gaps between current processes and systems capabilities Advises improvements to HR processes with automation & system features Data management data mapping, cleansing, validating and migration data between systems Report and analytics production Testing writing test scripts, conducting UAT System documentation produces clear documentation (e.g. requirements, user guides, process documents) Training and support assist production of training guides and support end users us of system In return, you will get the opportunity to contribute and develop further with a dynamic forward-thinking values driven organisation that rewards achievers Shortlisting today Immediate starter Salary : £40k-50k Excellent Benefits Location: Essex (2 days)/Hybrid
