The Role: As our dynamic Apprenticeship Manager, you'll lead the charge in overseeing accountancy apprenticeship programmes (Levels 2, 3, 4, and 7). You'll inspire and manage a team of skills coaches and administrators, ensuring exceptional training and compliance. Plus, you'll spearhead the development of new Level 4 programmes and adapt to evolving standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Programme Management: Drive the planning, delivery, and evaluation of apprenticeship programmes. Ensure compliance and boost completion rates.
· Team Leadership: Empower and manage the apprenticeship team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
· Quality Assurance: Monitor training quality and champion continuous improvements.
· Compliance and Reporting: Ensure programmes meet regulatory requirements and maintain precise records.
· Adaptation to Changes: Keep programmes fresh and aligned with industry standards.
· System Management: Innovate and enhance e-portfolio and data management systems.
· Learner Support: Provide expert guidance and swiftly address concerns.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes, ideally in accountancy.
· Deep understanding of apprenticeship standards (Levels 2, 3, 4, and 7).
· Experience with Ofsted requirements and compliance.
· Stellar leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable:
· Relevant qualifications in education, training, or management.
