About this Role:
The Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. This includes managing and processing end-to-end payroll, administering employee benefits, and maintaining HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. You will support market data gathering to help keep pay and benefits competitive, and provide reports to assist HR in decision-making. As the first point of contact for HR operational matters, you will help ensure employees receive timely and accurate support on payroll, benefits, and system-related queries.
Job Description:
Payroll & Vendor Coordination
* Process monthly payroll for internal hires accurately and on time.
* Monitor and verify payroll for outsourced employees by liaising closely with external vendors to ensure correct and timely payments.
* Handle related documentation, reports, and payment schedules.
System Management
* Manage and maintain employee data in the Talenta HRIS platform, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Support employees and managers with day-to-day system-related queries.
Employee Benefits & Daily Operations
* Assist in administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, BPJS, etc.), including enrollments, claims, and follow-ups.
* Be the go-to person for employees’ day-to-day questions related to payroll, benefits, and HRIS matters.
* Help ensure all C&B processes run according to the established timeline.
Reporting & Basic Analysis
* Prepare regular payroll and benefits reports for internal records and management use.
* Support simple compensation benchmarking exercises by gathering data when needed.
Compliance & Documentation
* Ensure payroll and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
* Keep personnel files and related C&B records updated and organized for audit readiness.
