The Role The successful candidate will: Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 Deliver a balanced curriculum including performance, composition, listening and music theory Prepare pupils for GCSE and, where appropriate, A Level Music Contribute to the school’s extensive co-curricular programme Lead and/or accompany ensembles, choirs or chamber groups Support individual instrumentalists and performance scholars Play an active role in concerts, productions and whole-school events Independent school life extends beyond the classroom, and the Music Teacher will be expected to contribute fully to the wider academic and pastoral community.
