This is an exciting opportunity to provide design and professional services across various sectors, including the built environment, for both public and private sector clients.

Working Hours

Salary
Earn a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits.

Your Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you will:
* Conduct surveys of existing buildings and sites, providing detailed reports on their condition.
* Advise clients on repair, maintenance, and improvement options, including health & safety and regulatory compliance.
* Support clients in procuring contractors for various projects, from maintenance to demolition.
* Project manage the delivery of solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to construction contracts.
* Foster positive relationships with clients to support business development and gather valuable feedback.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a Degree level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a relevant discipline or a RICS accredited qualification.
* Are working towards Chartered status through RICS or CIOB.
* Possess a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in building surveying across various sectors.
* Have familiarity with procurement processes and experience in contract administration.
