I have a fabulous opportunity to work for one of the fastest-growing multichannel retailers in the UK — with over 170 stores across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and 30 others around the world as part of their international franchising programme. … and they’re still expanding!

 * Support product planning, forecasting, budgeting, and trading to drive category performance.
 * Maintain and update WSSIs, reviewing sales and stock levels, and helping implement commercial actions.
 * Conduct in-season analysis to optimise sales and manage risks.
 * Assist in budget planning by category, option count, and depth of buy.
 * Partner with the buying team to shape the range using data and commercial insights.
 * Analyse category, line, and store performance to improve assortment planning.
 * Present trade performance findings and recommendations in team meetings.
 * Highlight best and worst sellers to help the team take quick, informed actions.
 * Collaborate with branch merchandising to optimise allocation and replenishment.
 * Coach and develop a Merchandising Admin Assistant (MAA).
