Responsibilities: As an Engineering Lead, I act as part of our customer’s Design Authority, responsible for shaping and governing all aspects of the engineering process, technology, and strategic direction. My role involves defining end-to-end engineering standards and guidance, ensuring consistent delivery of assured, governed solutions across software, infrastructure, and service management. I enable engineering governance, develop automation and tooling strategies, and support delivery teams in embedding best practices. Additionally, I manage an active Engineering Community of Practice, leading engineers to deliver against cost, time, and quality commitments while ensuring strategic alignment. I also represent the engineering function at Design Authority meetings and contribute to the customer's long-term business and automation strategy.
