Overview of the role:
Seeking an experienced and polished Bar Manager to lead the bar operation and deliver an exceptional, guest-focused beverage experience
You will oversee daily bar operations, lead and develop the bar team, curate an elevated beverage program, and ensure a warm, professional environment for all guests.
Please note, the hotel is not on a public transport route, so please consider necessary travel arrangements.
What Youll Do:
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
Deliver attentive, memorable service and maintain a welcoming bar ambiance
Manage daily bar operations, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
Lead, train, and schedule bar staff, fostering a positive team culture
Develop and maintain beverage menus including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits
Oversee inventory, ordering, stock control, and cost management
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible service standards
About you:
2+ years experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender with a leading hotel
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage trends
Calm, professional, and guest-focused approach
Creative eye for presentation and consistency
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
