About the Role:
Our client is a well-established food manufacturer seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to join their team. As a growing business they are looking for someone to lead, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of their production facility. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage daily production operations to meet customer expectations
2. Effectively allocate resources and optimise asset usage to maximise results
3. Oversee product quality, output, and on-time logistics
4. Monitor processes and take corrective actions where necessary
5. Keep up to date with best practices and production management techniques
6. Foster cross-department collaboration, including procurement, distribution, and management
7. Manage and develop a team of supervisors and staff (approximately 50 staff across 5 supervisors)
