What you’ll be doing
* Develop and deliver a business development strategy across security, traffic management, stewarding, and car parking services.
* Generate and convert a high-quality sales pipeline across London, the Northwest, and emerging national markets.
* Lead tenders, presentations, and solution workshops, ensuring smooth mobilisation of new contracts.
* Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, positioning the company as a partner of choice.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure solutions are profitable, compliant, and deliverable.
* Line manage and support at least one team member.
What we’re looking for
* Proven business development or sales experience within a people-oriented outsourced services company, for example, security, facilities management, cleaning, traffic management, events, or related services.
* Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of winning and delivering new business.
* Experience leading tenders, multi-stakeholder sales, and long sales cycles.
* Commercially aware, proactive, resilient, and partnership-led.
Nice to have
* Knowledge of stadiums, venues, festivals, or large-scale events.
* Understanding of compliance within security or traffic management.
Your success will be measured by
* Pipeline quality and conversion
* New business revenue achieved (£1m+ target)
* Tender wins and smooth contract mobilisation
* Client engagement and decision-maker relationships
