Job Summary
The Credit Controller plays a vital role in managing the company's credit and collections processes. This position is responsible for ensuring timely payments from customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all accounts are managed efficiently.
Duties
* Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely payments are received.
* Conduct regular analysis of customer accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate follow-up actions.
* Liaise with clients via phone and email to discuss outstanding invoices and resolve any payment issues.
* Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the accounting software.
* Assist in the development of credit policies and procedures to minimise risk.
* Perform data entry tasks related to invoicing and payment processing.
