We're working with a large, well-respected commercial property business with an outstanding culture and strong values, looking to recruit an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio. What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties, ensuring consistent, coordinated management.
* Liaise with legal, finance and property teams on lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations and surveys.
* Maintain asset management plans and ensure full compliance with the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, Service Charge Code and all regulatory requirements.
* Provide clear, data-driven reports on rental income, lease lifecycle events and property performance.
What We're Looking For
* RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor with strong commercial awareness.
* Solid understanding of Landlord & Tenant Law and property-related Health & Safety.
* Experience in commercial property management and setting/administering service charges.
* Knowledge of rating law and, ideally, residential property management.
* Full UK driving licence.
