Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a Midday Supervisor to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Birmingham. About the Role As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring pupils experience a safe, enjoyable and well‑managed lunchtime. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and school premises Encouraging positive play, good behaviour and healthy social interaction Supporting children with organising activities and games Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times Managing minor first aid incidents (training can be provided) Reporting concerns or behaviour issues to senior staff About You We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable and confident working with children Able to use initiative and promote positive behaviour Reliable, punctual and committed to supporting the school community Previous experience in a school environment is beneficial but not essentialIf you are passionate about supporting children and would love to contribute to a positive lunchtime experience, we would love to hear from you
