Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an opportunity for a Financial Services organisation based in central Epsom, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team. Working within a well established team, and alongside a busy Customer Service department, this role is responsible for the administration of a variety of Financial products, such as mortgages and savings accounts. Specific responsibilities will include: Mortgage administration for a variety of mortgage schemes Producing management and board reports Administration of mortgage arrears, providing statistical information and supporting legal recovery procedures Administration of deceased customer accounts Administration of daily, weekly and monthly reports Preparing standard and dictated letters To be considered for this role, you will need: Previous administration experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment or an interest in working within the Financial Services sector Experience of dealing with customers on the phone Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn new skills Attention to detail This role is primarily office based, although there may be the opportunity to work from home occasionally.
