About The Role
Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established exhibition design and build company for a Sales Administrator to provide vital support to a busy sales team. This role has been created to ensure seamless operations and client service as the team manages high demand across UK and international projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, preparing proposals, and managing sales documentation.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, updating client information and tracking sales activity.
* Prepare and format quotations, contracts, and presentations for client meetings.
* Liaise with internal departments (design, production, and accounts) to ensure sales handovers are smooth and accurate.
* Monitor inbound enquiries, ensuring prompt responses and allocation to the right team member.
* Support reporting functions, preparing sales activity reports and pipeline updates for management.
* Assist in coordinating client meetings, travel, and exhibition attendance.
* Where appropriate, support the team in initial lead follow-up and business development activity.
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (events/exhibitions industry desirable, but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents and updating records.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and personable approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
