Our people are our success, and we work as one team. We are recruiting a Paralegal based in either Birmingham or Glasgow to support the Central Procurement and Contracts team. The role involves assisting lawyers with in-house paralegal duties and administrative tasks.
Working Hours
Standard hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Flexible working requests are considered.
Candidate Overview
We seek candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Previous paralegal experience, preferably in a global commercial law firm
* Strong document and project management skills, including preparing legal documents such as letters of engagement, NDAs, change control notices, and termination notices
* Experience reviewing supplier agreements
* Ability to conduct commercial and legal research
* Managing precedents and internal templates
* Handling contract, supplier, and spend databases
* Supporting project management for large-scale projects
* Assisting procurement category managers with legal terms for tenders
* Coordinating due diligence on supplier agreements
* Managing document execution and filing
* Providing administrative support to CPC team lawyers
* Handling ad hoc duties as needed
