Chef de Partie – Prep Kitchen (Stafford)

multiple Chef de Parties to join a high-performing prep kitchen in the Stafford area, supplying fresh, high-quality food preparation.

The Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of a specific
section and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the kitchen.
You'll be working in a supportive and organised setting, with a focus on
consistency, cleanliness, and quality.
What's on Offer:
* Start Date: 30th June onwards
* £16.00 – £17.93 per hour
(including holiday pay)
* Full-Time &
Part-Time | Ongoing Placement
* 7-day operation with
shifts between 06:00-21:00 (up to 12 months)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Preparing high-quality
ingredients and dishes to specification.
* Managing your own
section to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Supporting the Senior
Chefs with prep and kitchen coordination.
* Following strict food
hygiene and safety procedures.
* Accurately portioning
and labelling stock for distribution.
* Maintaining cleanliness
and organisation in your workstation.
* Contributing positively
to a professional and focused team environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a
Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up.
* Good knowledge of prep
kitchen operations and production-style work.
* Excellent knife skills
and attention to detail.
* Reliable, committed and
punctual individuals.
* Must be able to travel
to and from the Stafford location reliably.
* Must currently reside in
the UK with full Right to Work status.
* Unfortunately, we do not
