Account Manager – Tunbridge Wells, Kent
c.£30-40,000 + Bonus + Profit Share
We are specialist Recruitment Agency that works primarily within the Energy Trading and Commodities Market Sector. We have a highly successful history spanning over 40 years and we have worked as the Lead Agency to one of the world’s leading Energy companies for over 20 years.
We have recently moved our Head Office from Sevenoaks to Tunbridge Wells and are looking for an Executive Account Manager to work as an integral part of our team.
Most of what we do revolves around placing high calibre Technical IT Contractors into roles within Trading, as well as business-facing Energy Trading Consultants.
Typical job roles include Technical Developers, ETRM Business Analysts, Project Managers and Architects but we also work with Traders, Quants and Market Risk Consultants.
Ideally, we will be looking for someone who has previous experience within Energy Trading or Commodity Trading or who has a strong background within similar Recruitment fields or other customer facing roles where Service Levels are the key factor.
This is a varied role which covers both day-to-day Operations such as On-boarding for New Starters including Compliance checks through the Access Screening Platform and issuing Contracts and supporting documentation. You will also be responsible for Contractor Extensions and Rate Reviews and working with the Recruitment team, helping with Reporting within Power BI and Advanced Excel.
You will be involved in building relationships with a wide range of Contractors and Hiring Managers and no two days will ever be the same. A lot of what we do is through email and on the telephone but we also get out and meet with our Contractors on a regular basis.
You will be maintaining the exceptional Service Levels that we deliver to everyone, developing Trusted Advisor relationships with Key Accounts and Contractors. This includes Statutory Changes within Employment legislation as well as monthly Job Stats such as CV to Interview to Placement ratios.
Our new Offices are fabulous and they over Tunbridge Wells Common and we have free Parking available as well.
