Job Description
* Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
* Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Support in the recruitment and induction process for new employees.
* Oversee the performance management process.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics.
* Manage and maintain HR records and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Experience working in a similar HR role in industry.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HR information systems and databases.
* An approachable and professional manner.
* Available to work on site in Merseyside 3 days a week with bi-monthly travel to our manufacturing site in Herefordshire.
