Utilities & Facilities Engineer to join the engineering team at a state-of-the-art food manufacturing site in Milton Keynes.
This is a day-based, Monday to Friday role, perfect for an experienced engineer who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll take ownership of maintaining and improving all site utilities and facilities, ensuring reliable performance, safety, and compliance across boilers, air compressors, refrigeration systems, fire safety systems, and other essential infrastructure.
The Facilities & Utilities Engineer will carry out maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of a wide range of utilities and facilities equipment, including boilers, air compressors, refrigeration, and fire systems.
Conduct building and facility maintenance and continuous improvement tasks across the site.
Support planned maintenance tasks in collaboration with the Day Engineer.
Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently and cost-effectively.
Coordinate specialist contractors and manage service visits when external expertise is required.
Maintain accurate engineering records and handover reports for all activities.
Contribute to improving OEE, reliability, and site safety standards through proactive engineering.
